Self Love Is Choosing Yourself First
Ever since I do all I need to do in the morning (exercise, meditation, breakfast etc) and then check my phone when ready to work, I have noticed that its easier to prioritise my needs as I am setting the tone for the day.
When we check messages, even if we don't reply then, they start to take up space in our energy field, so our attention becomes scattered.
By choosing to just focus on what I need to do vs checking what is going on "out there",
I am rewiring my subconscious to prioritise my health and wellbeing.
This is true self love.
