There’s so many people that are doing spirit work but not classifying it as such, for example:

It’s normal at the beginning of our journey to play “dress up” – put on the clothing, get all the accessories and emulate our teachers. I refer to this as “colour by numbers” or “cut and paste” spirit work.

Yet every seasoned spirit worker I know remembers the moment when they realised that they were truly in it and the days of playing “dress up” were gone.

I nearly drowned twice as a youngster – once in a river in Nicaragua and the second time in the Gold Coast 'Wet & Wild' wave pool as a teenager. The second incident was so embarrassing – I never lived it down in high school!

Soul alignment signifies a conscious return to the Ocean of Great Spirit... the Soul, like a river, swells, meanders, splits and comes back to itself, finally cascading into the Ocean in the  most glorifying union of LOVE, which is the union we are all deeply craving.

Today a participant in one of my groups challenged a long held belief about a subject and presented new and better information. 

When this happens, instead of getting triggered, allow the new belief system to be in your energy field and consider it.  Don't discard it immediately out of pride or ego.

There is still time to let go of victim consciousness, pity parties, "poor me" complexes and step into empowerment in all areas of your life.  Where are you still in guilt, blame and shame? 

We are so used to the rat race that we habitually embody it, to the point that we bring it to self work and spirituality. The rules and laws of the matrix should not be transferred to the spiritual realms. Firstly, we must get off the treadmill, physically and mentally, and approach with curiosity and openness…

Everyone talks about coming into your power, and people tend to think this involves some kind of loud statement made like He-Man “I’VE GOT THE POWER!” or a social post stating that you are now “powerful”.  It’s actually more nuanced, we are constantly leaking power without even realising it...

We tend to believe that magick is outside of us… it’s in a spirit, an experience, a manifestation… we forget we co-create with reality constantly and our own energy fuels all our experiences – positive and negative...
